In accordance with Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in order to implement metatheses to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic,  it is established Commission for granting permissions for entering to the Republic of Serbia.
Main task of the above mentioned Commission is to issue permit for entering, staying or transiting through the territory of the Republic of Serbia to foreigners in special cases, and to determine the conditions and limitations of transit/ or  stay during the protection measures against COVID-19 epidemic.
The Commission consists of representatives of the Ministry of Health,  the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Civil Engineering, Transport and Infrastructure.
It is required special procedure for issuing this kind of permit.
Foreign Diplomatic Missions, Consular Offices and Offices of International Organisations, in the Republic of Serbia, are obliged to apply for permits with sending the Note Verbal on the following address:

The request for issuing a permit/license should contain the following information:
- Name and surname of the person;
-Number of travel document (passport or personal ID card) and citizenship;
-border crossing for entering Republic of Serbia;
-Border crossing for exiting from Republic of Serbia and final destination (in case of transit);
-Place and address during their stay in the Republic of Serbia (in case of residence permit);
-Registration number and type of transport vehicle which is entered/or transit through the Republic of Serbia;
-Data of the driver and also if it is possible,  phone number of the driver;
Incomplete requests will not be take in consideration.
The Commission will, on the basis of all data, decide of the conditions and limitations of the transit or stay in the Republic of Serbia, including the period of allowed retention in the Republic of Serbia.
