The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the Republic of Guatemala on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and official passports, signed in Belgrade, in November 2016, took effect on 17 January 2018.
From that date on, nationals of both States, who are holders of diplomatic and official passports, will have the right to enter into, transit through and stay on the territory of the other Party without a visa within a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of entry.
